ONC201 for newly diagnosed H3 K27M brain tumor after radiation

Who can take part

  • You (or your legal representative) can understand the study and sign consent; kids may need assent too
  • Your tumor tissue test shows an H3 K27M mutation (from pathology tests like IHC or sequencing)
  • You had brain radiation first, started within 12 weeks of diagnosis, and finished 2 to 6 weeks before randomization
  • You can provide brain MRI scans: one before radiation (or after surgery) and one 2 to 6 weeks after radiation
  • Your overall functioning is strong enough (Karnofsky or Lansky score at least 70)
  • Your other medicines are stable and you have not had certain recent treatments (including ONC201/ONC206, bevacizumab, temozolomide, and certain study-excluded medicines)
