  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to your brain
  • Your tumor has an EGFR mutation (a specific gene change)
  • You are able to receive whole-brain radiation therapy
  • You are 18 years or older, and your general health is fairly good (ECOG score 0-2)
  • You are not taking certain heart medications like calcium channel blockers or nitrates
