Who can take part

  • You have an advanced bone marrow blood cancer: MDS (intermediate to very high risk), CMML-2, or AML (with specific prior cancer history or bone marrow findings).
  • Your doctors decide you are not eligible for a stem cell transplant from a matched donor (allogeneic HSCT).
  • You are being considered for azacitidine (azacitidine) by your local care team for your diagnosis.
  • You are 18 to 80 years old, and you can sign (or your legal representative can sign) the consent form.
  • Your organ and heart function meet safety thresholds: liver/bilirubin and kidney tests are limited, and heart pump strength is adequate (LVEF 50% or higher).
  • You have enough ability to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 to 2) and your kidney filtering rate is at least 30.
