Who can take part

  • Age 15–60 years old
  • Diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia), ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia), T-ALL, or MDS (bone marrow disorder) that is high-risk or has not responded to standard treatment
  • Have an HLA-matched donor available for stem cell transplant (usually a sibling or matched unrelated donor)
  • Healthy enough to tolerate intense chemotherapy (good heart, lung, liver, and kidney function)
  • Never had a previous stem cell transplant or treatment with an EZH2 inhibitor drug
  • No active infection or recent heart attack
