Who can take part

  • Age 15–60 years old
  • Diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), myelodysplastic neoplasms (MDS), or T-cell leukemia that is high-risk or has come back after treatment
  • Have an HLA-matched donor available for stem cell transplant (usually a sibling or matched unrelated donor)
  • Good overall health status (able to walk and care for yourself with minimal assistance)
  • Heart, lung, liver, and kidney function within acceptable ranges
  • Never had a prior stem cell transplant or treatment with an EZH2 inhibitor drug
