Who can take part

  • Age 21 to 60
  • Smoke at least 5 cigarettes per day every day for at least 1 year, with stable smoking for the last 6 months
  • Have proof of smoking in your tests (expired carbon monoxide of 6+ ppm and/or a urine nicotine level above 100 ng/mL)
  • Be able to attend all study visits and complete required tasks
  • Use English well enough to read and understand study materials
  • Be right-handed (per a short set of questions)
