Who can take part

  • You have confirmed extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) and liver metastases seen on scans
  • You have not had any prior treatment for ES-SCLC (chemo/immunotherapy-naïve)
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable spot on scans that can be followed over time
  • If you have brain metastases, they must be limited to certain areas and must be stable after any treatment
  • Your overall health and blood counts must be strong enough for treatment (based on recent lab tests)
  • Your blood pressure, urine protein level, bleeding/clot history, and medications must meet safety rules
