Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 39 years old
  • Pass a short quiz about the study rules with at least 80% correct
  • Usually sleep about 6 to 9 hours per night (not less than 6 or more than 9 on average)
  • On most weeknights, your bedtime is not very early (not before about 9:00 pm)
  • On most weekdays, you wake up not very late (not after about 9:00 am)
