Who can take part

  • You have stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery right now.
  • Your lung cancer has a rare gene change (like EGFR exon20ins, ROS1 fusion, RET fusion, NTRK fusion, MET exon14 skipping, HER2, BRAF V600E, KRAS G12C, or ALK fusion).
  • You have not had any previous treatment for your lung cancer.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are willing to provide blood and tumor tissue samples before and after treatment.
  • Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
