Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your first brain tumor biopsy shows IDH1 R132H in the tumor tissue
- You have a recurrent grade 2–3 glioma that is progressing, with more than 2 cm of non-enhancing tumor on an MRI in one direction
- You are only being treated for the first recurrence (not later recurrences)
- Your overall health tests are strong enough: good activity level (Karnofsky ≥ 70) and blood, kidney, and liver levels in safe ranges
- You can have MRI scans, and you will follow the birth control rules (and not be pregnant or breastfeeding)
