Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and weigh at least 40 kg
  • You have confirmed spinal tuberculosis based on your symptoms and scan results
  • You agree to HIV testing and to give required study samples for DNA and RNA testing
  • You can attend follow-up visits and are willing to store samples for future analysis
  • If you could become pregnant, you must agree to very reliable birth control during the study
  • You must be willing to start/continue these steps before any other trial checks
