Who can take part
- You have confirmed supraglottic squamous cell carcinoma based on a biopsy
- Your cancer stage is early (cT1–T2, and no or limited neck lymph node spread; M0)
- A tumor board (multidisciplinary cancer team) has recommended treatment per major guidelines
- You can do scans of your head/neck and lungs (CT or PET/CT, possibly MRI) within 1 month of enrolling
- You are at least 18, can consent, and your overall health score is 0–2
- You can complete quality-of-life questionnaires
