Who can take part
- You can understand the study and are willing to sign informed consent
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- Your diagnosis shows supraglottic squamous-cell cancer (from biopsy, tests, or imaging)
- Your cancer appears to be early with no neck lymph node involvement on exam/imaging
- Your overall health is good enough (KPS 70 or higher) and your bone, liver, and kidney function are normal
- You have not had prior cancer treatment like radiation or chemotherapy (except biopsy), and you have no distant spread
