Study of robotic throat surgery for early oropharyngeal cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your primary cancer is in the oropharynx (tonsils, soft palate, base of tongue, or the side/back throat area).
  • Your pathology test confirms squamous cell carcinoma of the oropharynx.
  • Your cancer was treated with trans-oral robotic surgery (TORS), with or without additional treatments afterward.
  • Your cancer was early stage (T1 or T2).
  • Your TORS surgery happened on or before December 31, 2021.
