CAR T-cell therapy for GD2-positive lung cancer

Who can take part

  • Be able to sign consent after the study procedure is explained to you
  • Have an expected survival of at least 12 weeks
  • Have lung cancer that did not respond to platinum chemotherapy (platinum-refractory)
  • Have received or be currently receiving a PD-1 or PD-L1 blocker (immunotherapy)
  • Be on steroid medicine (prednisone or equivalent), at least 10 mg per day, or meet the study doctor’s exception if below 10 mg
  • Have adequate kidney, liver, and other organ function as shown by recent tests
