Who can take part
- You must be at least 6 months old.
- Your cancer cells must have a marker called CD7, confirmed by lab tests.
- You need to be generally active and well (Karnofsky score over 80) with a life expectancy over 3 months.
- Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be working well enough based on blood and other tests.
- You cannot have serious uncontrolled infections, HIV, or hepatitis C.
- You cannot be pregnant or nursing, and must not have had gene therapy before.
- You cannot have used steroid pills or infusions within a week before joining the trial.
