Who can take part
- You are a healthy man age 18–55 and your body weight is at least 55 kg, with BMI 18–32
- You have not had a significant illness or infection (or major procedure) in the last 4 weeks, and you don’t have major ongoing health conditions
- Your blood tests, liver tests, kidney function, heart rhythm, and vital signs must be within required limits
- You must not have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
- You must be able to follow study rules about sex and not donate sperm for 90 days after dosing
- You must be willing to receive an injection (the study uses specific injection sites) and sign informed consent
