Who can take part
- Live in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Yogyakarta full-time for at least 6 months
- Aged 12–17 and generally healthy (no major ongoing illnesses)
- Overweight or obese based on age-specific BMI (more than 1 standard deviation above average)
- Have had at least two COVID-19 vaccine doses, specifically CoronaVac (Sinovac), and at least 6 months since the last dose
- Parents can sign consent and the teen agrees to participate, and you have health insurance (like BPJS or similar)
