This study tests whether a behavioral (lifestyle) program can improve recovery from COVID-19, especially for Veterans with different body weights. It looks at people who either have never had COVID before or had COVID more than 90 days ago.

Who can take part
- You are a U.S. Veteran
- You have never had COVID, or your last COVID illness was more than 90 days ago
- You have had ongoing COVID-related symptoms for over 4 weeks (if you are in the “PCC” group)
- Your body weight falls in this range: BMI 19 to 25, or BMI 30 to 50
- You can safely complete physical testing for the study (no limiting nerve, muscle, bone, or other problems)
- You do not have major uncontrolled medical problems (like serious infections, major liver or kidney problems, uncontrolled diabetes, or significant psychiatric illness)
