Who can take part
- Your brain tumor must be GBM with MGMT promoter methylation and IDH-wild type (no IDH mutation).
- Your GBM must be the first recurrence planned for whole-body (systemic) treatment based on scan review by the study team.
- You must have already finished standard radiation plus temozolomide, with at least 3 cycles of temozolomide, and your tumor must not have worsened right after that treatment.
- You need to have been off temozolomide for at least 3 months since the last dose cycle started on day 28, and be able to start new treatment within 28 days of enrollment.
- Your general health tests must be good enough for treatment (blood counts, kidney, and liver), and your ability to function must be at least moderate (Karnofsky 60 or higher).
- You must be able to take the study medicine and follow study visits, MRI scans, and medication rules, including avoiding cannabis/cannabinoids.
