Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are very restless and can’t seem to respond normally to pain
- Your breathing rate is high (more than 20 breaths per minute)
- You have at least one extra sign, like sweating, feverish hot skin, unusual strength, or behavior like refusing police directions
- The agitation is not clearly explained by another obvious pain cause (like migraine or kidney stone pain)
