Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 75 (men or women).
  • You have NASH confirmed by liver biopsy within 6 months (or at screening), with a certain inflammation/fat score and fibrosis stage 1 to 3.
  • MRI scan shows at least 8% liver fat (MRI-PDFF) at screening.
  • You do not drink excessive alcohol in the past 12 months (limits differ for men vs. women).
  • Your weight stayed stable (within 5% change) in the 6 months before screening, and you did not change diet/exercise in the 3 months before screening.
  • You can consent in writing, and if you can become pregnant, you will use effective birth control and are not trying to get pregnant.
