Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older
- Your cancer is an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that cannot be removed, and has HER2 changes (or specific approved tumor types in later parts of the study)
- Your blood and organ tests (like liver and kidneys) are within allowed limits
- Your heart pumping function is strong enough (left heart scan showing LVEF at least 50%) within 28 days before treatment starts
- You can understand the study and sign written consent
- You use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose (or you are not able to have children)
