Who can take part
- You are age 15 or older.
- Your cancer is one of these: Philadelphia-negative ALL/lymphoblastic lymphoma, or in some groups Philadelphia-positive ALL, Burkitt leukemia/lymphoma, or double-hit leukemia/lymphoma.
- Your disease must be relapsed or refractory (it came back or did not respond).
- Your last chemotherapy was stopped long enough before starting this study (about 21 days, or 14 days in quickly worsening cases without major outside-the-bone “toxicity”).
- You have acceptable blood and organ test results: bilirubin ≤ 1.5 mg/dL, liver enzyme (SGPT) ≤ 3 times normal (with a Gilbert’s syndrome exception), and kidney function with clearance/GFR ≥ 50 mL/min.
- You cannot have certain issues: grade 3 or worse ongoing nerve damage, active liver graft-versus-host disease, hepatitis B or C infection, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
