Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) confirmed by lab tests.
  • You are 18 years or older, and your daily functioning is fairly good (Karnofsky score 80 or higher).
  • Your cancer stage is “limited-stage,” meaning it is mainly in one side of the chest with certain lymph node involvement, not widespread disease.
  • After finish of chest radiation and chemotherapy, your scans showed complete remission within 4–6 weeks.
  • You can attend follow-up visits and understand the study well enough to sign consent.
  • You must be able to safely have brain MRI (no medical reasons you cannot get MRI).
