Imaging treatment plan for blocked brain or neck arteries

Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a proven blockage of a neck or brain artery shown on angiography (a blood-vessel imaging test)
  • Have access to, or be able to get, high-resolution MRI vessel-wall imaging
  • Be able to sign a written consent form
  • You should not have only mild or moderate narrowing—your artery issue must be more than mild/moderate stenosis
