Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with “neurogenic cough.”
- Your cough has lasted 8 weeks or longer, and doctors have ruled out other causes.
- Your reflux/heartburn is controlled (not “uncontrolled reflux”).
- You do NOT have significant nose/upper-airway allergy symptoms (not uncontrolled allergic rhinitis).
- You are not currently smoking, and you’re willing to join and sign consent for the study.
