  • You are at least 20 years old and receive hemodialysis
  • Your blood test shows high parathyroid hormone (iPTH over 250 pg/mL)
  • Your pain is moderate to severe (VAS score 4 or higher)
  • You agree to pay for vitamin D blood testing twice during the study
  • You can sign the informed consent
  • You are not currently in another clinical trial
