Who can take part
- You have pancreas cancer confirmed as adenocarcinoma by a biopsy or surgery sample
- Your cancer is considered “resectable,” meaning surgery is possible based on where the tumor sits and no spread to distant organs
- You are age 20 or older and your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2)
- You have not had prior radiation to your abdomen
- You do not have distant metastases (cancer spread to far-away organs)
- You are able to undergo surgery based on body-organ tests, and you do not have uncontrolled infection or serious uncontrolled heart problems
