Who can take part
- You have symptomatic HFpEF or HFmrEF (heart failure with preserved or mildly reduced pumping strength).
- Your heart’s pumping measure (LVEF) is 40% or higher.
- You have symptoms with everyday activity: NYHA Class II or III, or you can walk but are limited (ambulatory IV).
- Your exercise right-heart pressure test shows high left atrial pressure (25 mmHg or higher) and low resistance in the lung blood vessels (exercise PVR under 1.8).
- You are already on stable “GDMT” (standard heart failure medicines) and it hasn’t changed recently.
