Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and have AML or MDS
  • You must have had a stem cell transplant using PBSC (peripheral blood stem cells)
  • The donor must be 18 years or older
  • Both you and your donor must give informed consent to join the study
  • Your donor must not need a central line (a larger vein access tube) for the donor blood-collection procedure (leukapheresis)
