Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, or blood cancer that has come back or did not respond to treatment
- You have enough time to be in the study (life expectancy at least 12 weeks for solid tumors, or at least 3 months for blood cancers)
- Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1 for solid tumors, or 0–2 for blood cancers)
- Your doctors can measure your cancer on scans (measurable lesion) or there is an evaluable sign of cancer
- You can provide stored tumor tissue from a past biopsy or surgery (archived tissue sample)
- Your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and heart) are healthy enough based on lab tests in the study
