Who can take part

  • Be a woman age 18 or older
  • Have HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread (metastatic) and was confirmed by tissue testing
  • Be starting your first treatment for metastatic disease, including trastuzumab plus pertuzumab
  • Have a heart pumping measurement (LVEF) above 50% on an echo, heart MRI, or MUGA scan within 12 weeks
  • Have overexpression of HER2 on the original tumor test (3+ or 2+ confirmed by special tests)
