Study of agalsidase alfa for heart inflammation in Fabry disease

Who can take part

  • You are between 15 and 75 years old.
  • You have Fabry disease, confirmed by a blood enzyme test and genetic testing.
  • You have signs of heart involvement, like thickened heart walls, abnormal heart muscle strain, or biopsy-proven heart issues.
  • You have not had enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) for more than 12 months, or have not used agalsidase alfa in the last 12 months.
  • You are able to undergo a special heart imaging test called PET-CMR.
