Who can take part
- Your baby’s lung cyst (CPAM) was found on routine prenatal ultrasound before birth
- Baby was born at 37 weeks or later, and birth weight was in the expected range
- Your baby was not having breathing problems at birth and stayed symptom-free until the trial start
- A later CT scan at 3–9 months confirmed CPAM in one lung only (not both), and it fits within one lung lobe
- The CT scan did not suggest cancer, and doctors do not think symptoms are caused by CPAM before randomization
