  • You are 65 years old or older
  • You can understand and follow the study instructions
  • You do NOT have major conditions that strongly affect movement or balance (like stroke, Parkinson’s disease, severe arthritis, lower-leg amputation, serious spinal problems)
  • You do NOT have a serious inner-ear balance problem (or very high dizziness scores)
  • You do NOT have major memory/cognition issues or major vision problems that could affect balance
