Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You can walk at least 500 meters on your own or with a single walking stick.
  • Your mood is generally stable (scoring less than 10 on a questionnaire about anxiety and depression).
  • You have not had any balance or thinking rehab in the past 8 weeks.
  • You do not have any implanted medical devices or a cardiac pacemaker.
  • You have one functional hand for using a computer and gripping objects.
