Who can take part

  • You are a man age 18 or older
  • Your prostate cancer has been confirmed on biopsy and is “low to intermediate grade” (Gleason 3+3, 3+4, or 4+3)
  • Your MRI shows the tumor is limited to T2 (or less) and is clearly seen, with MRI findings called PIRADS v2 grade 3 or higher
  • Your PSA is under 20 before starting any hormone treatment (ADT)
  • You can have hormone treatment only if it’s normally used for your situation, and your daily health status is good (WHO 0–2)
  • You can safely have MRI scans and answer questionnaires during the study
