Who can take part
- You have ongoing symptoms of chronic heart failure from weak pumping of the left side of the heart
- Your heart ultrasound shows the left pumping strength is below 45% within 3 months
- You are on a steady heart failure medicine plan, with no major recent changes
- You are between 28 days old and under 18 years old, and weigh at least 3 kg
- If you are female who could become pregnant: you are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and use very effective birth control (or meet non-childbearing criteria)
