Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a CardioMEMS device implanted for at least 2 weeks.
- You have heart failure with a reduced pumping ability (LVEF below 45%).
- You have symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue (NYHA class II to IV).
- Your systolic blood pressure is at least 100 mmHg at the start.
- Your lung artery pressure has been high (above 15 mmHg) for most of the last 2 weeks on your CardioMEMS readings.
