Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You were admitted to one of these units for seizure diagnosis: Queen's Square EEG-telemetry or the Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy
- You do not currently have an active infection and have not taken antibiotics in the last 4 weeks
- You are not taking immunosuppressive medicines
- You’re able to provide breath samples (breathing is possible for you)
- You can give informed consent (or legally have it provided)
