Who can take part
- You are starting your first hematopoietic stem cell transplant and will receive Thymoglobulin as part of it.
- You are at least 2 years old.
- Your general functioning must be good enough (Lansky/Karnofsky score 50% or higher).
- You must not have had Thymoglobulin (or similar antibody medicines) within the last 3 months before this transplant.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant you must use reliable birth control (a pregnancy test will be done).
- You must not have had a serious allergy to Thymoglobulin.
- You should not be receiving another investigational drug study at the same time.
