Who can take part

  • You have a blood cancer or blood disorder, like leukemia, lymphoma, severe anemia, or myelodysplastic syndrome, and need a stem cell transplant.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You weigh between 88 and 220 pounds (40 to 100 kg).
  • You have donor-specific antibodies above a certain level (MFI > 500) that could make a half-matched transplant risky.
  • No fully matched related or unrelated donor without these antibodies is available for you.
