Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You are planning elective sublobectomy (surgery removing part of a lung) for a primary lung tumor
- Your overall health status is fairly good (ASA grade I–II)
- You (or your family) can review and sign the study consent form
- You do not have serious diseases involving the heart, liver, kidneys, brain/nervous system, blood, immune system, or severe mental illness
- You do not have another active cancer, and you do not have an untreated active lung infection
