  • You have non-small-cell lung cancer (stage II to IV).
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are planning to start immunotherapy (like nivolumab or pembrolizumab).
  • You can understand and agree to participate in the study.
  • You do not have serious mental illness (like major depression), and you have not had recent chemotherapy or radiation.
  • You do not have other serious health problems like heart disease or severe kidney or liver issues.
