Who can take part

  • Your child is 1 to 18 years old at the time of first diagnosis (and under 21 at study entry).
  • Your child must have a good general condition (Lansky or Karnofsky score of at least 50%).
  • Your child must have had tumor testing done (molecular testing and flow-cytometry) before enrollment to look for specific cancer markers.
  • The cancer must have specific genetic changes in the IL-7R/JAK-STAT pathway (such as certain CRLF2, EPOR, IL7R, JAK1/2/3, or related mutations/fusions).
  • Your child must have adequate heart, liver, and kidney function and no dangerous heart rhythm findings on baseline tests.
  • Your child (or parent/guardian) must be willing to follow study procedures, including pregnancy prevention rules if applicable, and avoid certain medicines/foods during treatment.
