  • You are between 2 and 21 years old.
  • Your cancer has returned or not improved after previous treatments.
  • You can swallow pills or receive them through a feeding tube.
  • You have had special testing on your cancer cells to look for certain genetic changes.
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, heart) are working well enough.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control if sexually active.
