Glaucoma daily living and driving ability check

Optic Neuropathy

Part of Brain & nervous system, Eyes & vision clinical trials.

This study tests a questionnaire and assessment tool to better understand how glaucoma affects everyday activities, and possibly driving readiness. It may help clinicians measure impact on daily living and monitor patient needs more clearly.

NCT04396002Recruiting
Study of life movement and vision loss in older adults

This study looks at whether how far and how much you move around each day is linked to glaucoma and vision field loss in older adults. It may help researchers understand what affects vision changes over time.

NCT00286637Recruiting
New tests to diagnose glaucoma and related eye problems

This study tests new ways to diagnose glaucoma (and sometimes related eye conditions) using eye exams and measurements. It may help improve how doctors detect glaucoma earlier and more accurately.

NCT06805474Recruiting
Study of a vision test for Stargardt and geographic atrophy

This study tests a new way to measure vision, called MLSDT, in people with normal sight or vision loss from Stargardt disease or geographic atrophy (a type of advanced age-related macular degeneration). Results will help doctors better understand how well patients can see.

Dallas, Texas
NCT06227611Recruiting
Testing vision grids for glaucoma patients

This trial compares different visual field test patterns to detect central vision loss in glaucoma patients who already show thinning of retinal cells. The goal is to find which test pattern works best for early detection.
