Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older when you sign consent
- Have relapsed or resistant AML (not responding to prior treatment or coming back after remission)
- Be able to do daily activities with little help (ECOG 0–1)
- Have a suitable stem cell donor available if needed for an emergency transplant rescue
