Who can take part
- You have bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has been confirmed by biopsy/pathology, and it is HER2-positive.
- Your cancer is advanced and has not been treated with standard systemic therapy before (with limited exceptions).
- You are age 20 or older, and your cancer has measurable spots on scans.
- Your overall health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1), and you have at least 3 months to live.
- Recent blood/organ tests must meet safety thresholds (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, liver tests, bilirubin, kidney function, and clotting tests).
- Your heart pumping ability is adequate (EF at least 50%), and you can provide tumor tissue for testing/biopsy.
